Mobile home layout is broken

My home page is the standard for a blog site. When I access it from a mobile device it looks like broken, with no style charging and really difficult to read or navigate. I have tried with an iphone and an android phone, and it doesn’t work in neither.
What’s strange is that if I access it through a pc or even if I check the responsive version for mobile, it works perfectly. And if I access a blog post in my mobile, it also works.
What is happening and how can I solve it? Any help, please?
