Usually if the mobile menu is not working then it means there is a JS. Usually that means it is caused by extra minification, plugin or embedded JS code. In which case, you can also usually find out by opening your website in chrome and checking the developer console for JS errors. The error in there (if there is one) will indicate where the problem is coming from.
You can access developer console via right click > inspect or from the browser more tools area or via hotkey (depends on OS).SteveTuckerParticipantDecember 30, 2020 at 11:24 pmPost count: 9
I am having the same problem, tried deactivating all but Avada plug-ins and still no joy. I have no idea how to look for a JS error. I did find that JS Compiler was disabled (though not by me)but that is now enabled.SteveTuckerParticipantDecember 31, 2020 at 2:15 pmPost count: 9
Is nobody able to help with this? I have even had my hosting company look into it and they think iot is something to do with the js files of the theme. I will have to bin the theme if it can’t be rectified, which I would rather not do.Ammar. SKeymasterDecember 31, 2020 at 2:48 pmPost count: 2549
