Mobile and Tablet Editor Not Working after 7.9

We updated to 7.9 yesterday, and since that update we can no longer update the tablet and mobile view of pages/posts. It looks like we can still drag and drop columns, but when we try to move them they don’t actually move. This is happening across all pages, posts and happens on our staging environment with all other plugins turned off. Is anyone else having this issue?

An equally effective way to change the order just for mobile/tablet mode is to make use of flex order, Screenshot here → https://i.imgur.com/b2C7alQ.png. This is actually more effective for just adjust it the order for specific devices

Thanks, we just ended up rolling back to 7.8.2. That fixed the issue.
