Anyone else have a recent malware issue on Avada? I have done some testing and have narrowed it down to what appears to be Fusion Builder plug-in. But, since that particular plug in no longer exists, I turned off Avada Builder and the malware is gone when I test again. My concern is that my site won’t function without Avada Builder. Any ideas?Ammar. SKeymasterJune 8, 2022 at 10:28 amPost count: 2540

Do not leave older copies of Avada in WordPress themes folder when updating to a newer version of Avada. Old copies should be removed completely before uploading the new version to prevent errors with Theme Options, loss of menus and widgets, and other issues. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Clear browser and any plugin caching systems after updating. Cache can display false views of the theme pages after updating. This is also true when updating plugins as well.

Also, you have a GrandFathered Support and should be able to open a support ticket without any issues, please do that and our team will assist you further.
