List Portfolio items on sidebar without pictures

Hi, my client is asking us to add the List Portfolio items on sidebar without pictures (unordered (bulleted) list). So we just want to list title, with link on the sidebar of a number of items from the portfolio.

Is there a way to do it. I know it shows images, but the client dislikes this feature. There should be a way to list ONLY the title with link of portfolio. Like,

1. Item one
2. item two
3. item three
