    Hi @marketcom,

I had the same problem while using Avada 5.7.2 and I found that the “WP Statistics” plugin (version 12.5.2) is the root cause. After deactivating this plugin I was able to edit all my pages.

Not sure if you use this plugin… I recommend you to disable all the plugins and check.
If after a full plugins deactivation you can edit the pages, start activating them one by one till you will find which one is causing you the problem.
If this won’t work, you need the experts here to dig in.

    Good luck!

WP Statististics was exactly what it was… after over an hour of testing activating deactivating plugins found it… WoW… funny how updates can interact with existing lol

Relevant thread for plugin here – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-statstics-conflicting-with-visual-composer-breakds-editor-new-color/

That particular plugin replaces the Color JS object which is why it breaks builders. Really the plugin should be releasing an update for that.

Thank you for this information. That was the problem at my site as well. I deactivated WP Statistics and now I can edit the posts.

    Hi @bruce9

Ensure that you have the latest version of Fusion Builder and Fusion Core. Also ensure that any FB add-ons you are running are the latest version. That particular error indicates an out of date plugin.

    Hi Michael C,

Yes, I checked the Fusion Builder and Fusion Core, they are not required to update, so they should be the lastest version ?

If not sure, how to check the version ?

For Add-on, I did not use any one.

Before update the theme, I Deactivated all plugins, and activated all after updated theme. Tried 3 times already, all failed.

    Thank you

    Hi @bruce9

Go to Avada > Plugins and read the version numbers defined on the plugins. They should be 3.7.2 and 1.7.2 http://prntscr.com/lljys7

    Hi Michael C,

Thanks, I found the current version details :

    Active: Fusion Core
    v3.5.2

    Active: Fusion Builder
    v1.5.2

1, Because my current Avada version is v5.5.2 , so the system not require to update the two plugins ?

2, Shall I update the two plugins before update the theme ?

3, How to update the two plugins without update botton ?

    Thank you again.

    Hi Bruce,

Something must be off with those values. If you have Avada 5.5.2 then the plugin version you have are correct. However, if that is the case the error should also be impossible because it is only changed in a later version of Avada. It really sounds like you actually have a newer version of Avada and old plugins.

In either case, you should update your Avada to the lastest version (5.7.2) first and then update both plugins.

    Thank you Michael C,

It’s working after updated Avada to the lastest version (5.7.2) first and then updated both plugins.

    Regards
