Avada Forums Community Forum Just re-upped my support period and I cannot submit a ticket

    I Don’t know where to contact Theme fusion about this. I just paid to extend my support period, but yet I cannot issue a support ticket

    What am I supposed to do here?

    Send an email to support@theme-fusion.com. I’d attach a copy of your purchase receipt from Envato showing you paid for the extended support, and let Theme-Fusion (Avada) Support know you have an issue with the Envato API not updating after purchase.
