Import website – NOT PHP issue

Importing Avada pre-built websites keeps failing. I’ve checked all the PHP limits. Below is the report from Advanced Support at Siteground.

I am following up on your case in order to let you know that the reported issue is not caused by the PHP limits. Currently, all requirements by the Avada theme are covered, in addition to this, the Dynamic Timeout for specific scripts has been increased further.

The demo import fails with the following error:

and this seems to be related to the Avada theme itself. Here is the exact error_log:

Hello @Goldenseal

Have you tried using our alternate method to import the demo in this case? The Auto Import tool works fine on my end using BlueHost, some host can have issues with the overall demo importer and for that reason we have an alternate method to import the demo.
