I’m sorry but this is frustrating. On my site after the update 5.7.1, all the images with a dimension in the filename have been resized to be smaller.
If the image is named “something-30×25.jpg” it doesn’t mean it should be displayed 30×25 pixels.
Is there a way to revert back this “feature”?MichaelKeymasterOctober 26, 2018 at 3:42 pmPost count: 715
Sounds like you updated from an old version. Firstly, there is no bug and more importantly this is not something introduced as part of the Avada 5.7.1 update.
Please read this help carefully regarding responsive images -> https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/special-features/wp-srcset-changes-avada/ – the use of correct srcset responsive image handling was introduced in WordPress a while back.
Run the regenerate thumbnails plugin as well -:> https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
And lastly, avoid adding the image dimensions to the image filename.
