Hi guys,
have you noticed that the builder element image before/after doesn´t work anymore.
This is really strange because I haven´t uploaded any new plugins.
I think that the problem appeared after I updated Avada.I saw that I´m not the only one with the broken before/after element.
Could please somebody open a support ticket and call the developers` attention to the problem.
My support has already expired 🙁Best regards
JuliaHi Julia,
Is it possible for you to provide a link to the page with the problem? We do not have any tickets reporting this problem right now, so it would sound more likely to be set-up specific. However to confirm it would need checked.
Thanks
Hi Michael,
I embedded the links and somehow they disappeared. Sorry.

The element seams to work now.Best regards,
JuliaJust an FYI Julia. I have been using the before and after for the last couple weeks and I have faced no problems with the element. Hope I didn’t just jinx myself, ha ha Ha.
Hi,
I’m having the same problem where when I click on the before/after image, it disappears. It also disappears on mobile. This is my third time deleting it and putting it back in. Any ideas?

Hi @michellew917,
Thanks for sharing the link to the page in question. That helps a lot.
I inspected your page. For some reason I see that the height for your before/after is set to 0. See the HTML/CSS below copied from the source of your site. Specifically
style="height: 0px;"
on the last line below.<div class="fusion-image-before-after-element fusion-image-before-after fusion-image-before-after-container fusion-image-before-after-2" data-offset="0.5" data-orientation="horizontal" data-move-with-handle-only="true" data-click-to-move="true" style="height: 0px;">
Make sure your before/after images have their sizes set. You should find the sizes setting when you insert the images from your WordPress media library. I would double check that for starters.
Hope that helps.
I have the same issue. Can’t seem to resolve.
BEFORE/AFTER works in PREVIEW, but once published as soon as you click on the image the slider disappears.https://www.organicdentistry.com/2019/11/26/life-enhancing-dentistry/
I left the slider on the page, below the before and after simple slider.
Thoughts?
