Icon link to Modal in the Header

Hi guys,

I want to make a new header on my website using the layout option.
I want to make a header with a hidden modal that will display contact info, of course, the modal and header will be different for every language.
Now I want to add the Icon button next to the menu that will link to the modal.
If I add it to the button it’s always on one side or another and it’s hard to play with the size of the icon.
So is there a way to add an icon element and link it to modal on the header layout?
