How to unregister Avada from a website and re-register to another one

Hello,

I believe I should have full freedom to move my license from one website to another as long as I have one active end product. How do I unregister the Avada theme from one website and activate that to another? Prompt support will be appreciated.

Go to Avada Control Panel on your old site, scroll down to the section ‘Your Website is Registered’ and click Unregister.

On your new website, go to Avada Control panel and paste your registration code and register.

I updated a site using a staging copy and had no idea that the new update had these new rules. I deleted the site copy and used a different one, but now I can’t register my site as my registration code is being used on the deleted staging copy, as I can’t get back that staging copy, what am I supposed to do? I encountered this as well. If you haven’t figured it by now, go to: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
and on the Register Purchase Code tab, you can unregister the license.
