How to improve image quality on blog archive page?

I can’t seem to recall how to improve the photo quality for images on the blog archive page. (https://daybreakcrossfit.com/wods). The original photos I upload are of high quality however the settings to create the blog archive image seem to degrade it quite a bit. How do I adjust that?
