How to fix duplicate PowerPress player

When I insert the PowerPress player in a post, it appears twice by default: one on the top of the post and another one on the bottom.

I have checked the player in other WP themes and everything seems to work well, so it looks like this problem is related to Avada. I have also contacted PowerPress and they agree there must be some kind of conflict with Avada.

Any idea of I can do?
