How to Edit Search Page (false result)

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to ask how to edit the Search Page with false result. I’ve checked the search page and it looks good to me, but the problem occurs whenever I search for a word or something that doesn’t exist on my site (random letter, numbers, or combinations of them). The helpful links are not even showing and the design is somewhat bland. I wanted to customized the page to add something that are related to my site to make the page engaging to users.

Does anyone here know how to this?

Hi rashek,

The helpful links are taken from the menu assigned to the 404 Useful Pages menu position in Appearance > Menus.
