Header Size (Logo+Menu) – Mobile/Desktop

Where is the setting for the header size?
My desktop site is fine, but mobile site, the top/bottom padding of the header seems to be set at 25px.

Everything is set to 0px, no padding yet I’m still having this issue.

I want my header (logo + menu) to be as minimally invasive on my page.

Examples:
healthline.com
everydayhealth.com
stackoverflow.com
