Header Responsive Breakpoint -> Collapse to Mobile Breakpoint

Hello,
i don’t get it .. what is the difference between “Header Responsive Breakpoint” and “Collapse to Mobile Breakpoint” in mobile menu settings?.

if my settings in options -> Responsive -> Header Responsive Breakpoint is set to 800 my menu don’t change to mobile view at that breakpoint…

only when setting the option in menu -> mobile -> collapse to mobile breakpoint -> small, medium or large screen

can somebody clear things up?
