I’ve followed all the instructions to set up Google Analytics for my site in Options>Advanced>Tracking Code but when I’ve checked in GA after 48 hours it’s still saying the data isn’t flowing. Have I missed a step somewhere? Do I need to place the code somewhere else as well?
BUMP — Same issue on my end.
Solution:
I used another plugin to insert the code, it works as it should.Troubleshooting:
Disabled all non-Avada plugins. Issue Persists.
Cleared all caches and prevent caching. Issue Persists.Speculation:
I believe that it’s the way that Avada is calling the script, see the screenshot below for the same script being called Avada, and the alternative plugin. It’s calling as NoScript with a fusion-hidden class with data-privacy-script=true — I think something here is what’s breaking it.
As opposed to the other plugin calling it just as google intends it to be called.
Good luck! looking forward to a permanent solution!

Upon further investigation, I see that another one of my sites, using GA4 tracking, implemented in the Avada options panel is working as it should.
Now, this is really confusing.
