Fusion sliders won't export

Hi all,

I’m doing a full backup of my site to facilitate a rebuild, however I receive the following error in Chrome when I attempt to export my sliders:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=slide&page=fs_export_import might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

In IE I am offered a download of the webpage.

I have been able to export every other .json or .xml file that I need. This is the last piece of the puzzle so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having this same issue. I get a network error when trying to download the fusion_slider.zip from the Export All Sliders option in Fusion sliders.

Were you able to figure it out?
