Fusion slider acting weird (no navigation controls, X instead of play button)

So, the problem is shown in the picture 1. In picture 2, its normal, using the same avada theme, same wordpress version, same server, same computer, same gallery, same plugins, etc.. I have no idea why in the first site I can not get it to work. Any help is appreaciated, thank you.
Not working properly its X SQUARE X in the corner, instead of X SQUARE PLAY, and there is no navigation arrows
