Avada Forums Community Forum Fusion Patcher error

    The ThemeFusion patches server could not be reached. Please contact your host to unblock the “https://updates.theme-fusion.com/” domain.

    I get the above error but I’ve checked with my host and it’s not blocked. Not sure what to do next.

    That’s pretty much a generic error message to indicate your site couldn’t contact the updates.theme-fusion.com server. A quick page refresh will ‘usually’ resolve the issue for you (or just close the page, wait a couple of minutes, reopen it and try again).

    Avada’s success with 500,000 theme copies sold seems to tax their resources a bit at times when they release patches or theme updates; I just consider it acceptable growing pains, smile, and click refresh.

    It’s gone away on it’s own now, but this wasn’t a one-time issue. This was recurring over a decent period of time. (I’m not sure if it was a month or two or just a few weeks) I had refreshed the page numerous times but still encountered the issue.

    But, like I said, it’s not appearing any more. Thank you though!
