Fusion Builder Will Not Install

After installing the Avada theme, I installed the Fusion Builder plugin but it will not activate.

This is the message I receive:

This page isn’t working http://www.jlblogistics.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I have also received this message:

Warning: require_once(/home/qprc7ngoev0s/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/helpers.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/qprc7ngoev0s/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/fusion-builder.php on line 398

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/qprc7ngoev0s/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/helpers.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php72/usr/share/pear’) in /home/qprc7ngoev0s/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/fusion-builder.php on line 398

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

You currently have active support. For help please submit a support ticket – https://theme-fusion.com/support/submit-a-ticket/

Judging by the error message the downloaded plugin is missing files. I would recommend deleting the fusion-builder plugin folder and redownloading.
