Please help, I added a plugin and now I can’t even access the backend of my site.
I went to my CPanel Error Log and am seeing this:
PHP Warning: require_once(/home3/samsores/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentytwentytwo/includes/bootstrap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/samsores/public_html/wp-content/themes/Avada/functions.php on line 51

According to your message here, the update process did not complete. Make sure that you have followed the update instructions, AND make sure that you have cleared any cache plugins you are running after the update. This is important.
