Looking for any info if anyone ran into same issue when updating to PHP7.2
I have a VPS running Avada on two websites. I updated both to PHP7.2
site one works fine. Website runs, works as intended.
Site two gets error 500. I disable Fusion Builder and I get working website.
Upon further investigation, I see broken site in Avada System Status with PHP Time Limit at 0… but for working website I see PHP Time Limit at 300 as I specifically set in settings for all websites on server.
Wondering if anyone ever ran into PHP Time Limit showing 0 even tough you know in WHM you have it set to 300 (and other site running Avada works as well and reporting correct info?
Hi @bgalvan
Avada is compatible with PHP 7.2, it has been fastidiously tested and the PHP time limit set to zero by your hosting provider simply means that there is no time limit. You have valid and active Avada Grandfathered support as explained here -> http://bit.ly/2J3dQw2 – Our team does not provide theme support via the community forum.

PHP7.2+Fusion Builder also breaks my site.. From my experience the rate of return for answers from support has been 1 per day and today is Sat, not sure if they respond on Sat….
Hello @thekevlardon
We have your ticket in our queue and I am getting this checked right away, it appears there is some issue connecting with the FTP that is causing this delay, please wait for our response and we will get this solved ASAP.
Thanks
