Anyone else has this problem/ solution? IF i make or update any page in fusion builder and press save it does nothing and comes back to blank page. It saves nothing. I’m clueless what to do, is this a bug in Avada or just me? Someone got an sollution?docedesignParticipantMay 29, 2018 at 8:58 amPost count: 1
I have a similar issue Fusion builder does not show up on any pages when I edit them and none of my buttons are working, I can’t even use default editor. I have tried clearing caches and that isn’t fixing anything!jamese77ParticipantMay 29, 2018 at 11:21 amPost count: 2
I was having a similar issue – the fusion builder was not showing, the button for the default editor was showing but not actually allowing me access to the editor. Additionally, hitting the screen options button at the top of the page wasn’t bringing out the dropdown.
I deactivated all plugins with the exception of fusion builder and fusion core and all was fine again. I then reactivated the other plugins one at a time and eventually found the conflict – which, in my case, was Yop Poll.
All working fine now. Obvious a conflict has only come about following the new release of fusion builder.Michael CKeymasterMay 29, 2018 at 3:47 pmPost count: 325
As always please check this with plugins disabled. Also please note that it sounds like you are experiencing different issues.
For Sneakyman it sounds like you have this problem https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/impossible-to-update-a-post-or-page-after-update-avada-5-5-2/ Which will be due to a plugin and the new WP version (not Avada update as keeps being mentioned)
For docedesign that sounds like a PHP or JS error. Again most likely a plugin or in Fusion Builder > Settings not having the builder enabled for all post types.mglosser2213ParticipantAugust 16, 2018 at 2:00 pmPost count: 1
I have updated WordPress, Avada and Fusion Builder and Fushion Core and Slider Revolution. Now Fusion Site orgin Page Builder does not work at all. I cant edit any pages this is so frustratingCharlieParticipantAugust 16, 2018 at 2:22 pmPost count: 1
I have the same issue, when editing a fusion builder container/ column and trying to click save/ cancel/ or even the close button “X” its does nothing. However i noticed the colour picker in the “Design” tab open and close after every click and anyone of the buttons mentioned above. Also checked the consol logs, “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘addClass’ of undefined” on the colour-picker.min.js file. Will follow the steps mentioned in support trail.
Deactivated all plugins, still have the same issue. please helpMichaelKeymasterAugust 19, 2018 at 3:19 pmPost count: 423MichaelKeymasterAugust 19, 2018 at 3:19 pmPost count: 423
Going by what you are describing it is likely that your theme has not been updated for some time. Check what version of the theme you are running, the latest version right now is Avada 5.6.2
This error -> Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘addClass’ of undefined” – would relate to WordPress that was updated to the latest version but the theme has not been updated. If you need to update be sure to follow these update instructions:

Something else that is important is to also ensure any patches that our team releases between update cycles are applied as part of ongoing maintenance for your install and always clear your cache plugins post update
Patches are applied at the click of a button as explained in this help file -> http://bit.ly/1NAWVwM

I lost all ability to edit pages after Friday’s Fusion updates, on one of my sites only. All the sites are hosted by the same company, and this site was the newest and had the least information. Avada support suggested I increase some numbers in php.ini, but none of my other sites had those settings changed.
After 48 hours (before changing anything in php.ini), I became a little desperate and re-activated some plugins, including LightSpeed cache. Then I de-activated Fusion Builder and Fusion Core and re-activated them. Presto! The builder is back working properly.
Whew!aciaParticipantSeptember 2, 2018 at 7:01 pmPost count: 1
I had same problem and found that WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter was the root.
Can you please tell me which is compatible for your theme because i need those filters.
Please get back to me as soon as possible, this is the first time i use your theme.

I deactivated and activated all plugins manually and found that only deactivating wp-stats give me back access to the fusion builder. Due to the fact it seems to be some kind of js collision error I tried to deactivate and activate several features of wp-stats. Unfortunately, it didn’t change anything.
But unexpectedly I found a workaround. I am running a multisite/network installation and wp-statistics was enabled on a single page only. But it supports network activation. So I did (network activate) and voila… All settings and recorded values are correctly shown again and my fusion builder works also fine.
Maybe that can help to circle the problem?MichaelKeymasterNovember 21, 2018 at 12:59 pmPost count: 423
Yes, the same issue with that plugin has been discussed here -> https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/just-updated-avada-now-cant-edit-pages/
This is the plugin -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-statistics/
Because we can’t guarantee 100% compatibility with every plugin on the market as it is not possible, we would suggest that you contact the plugin author to further investigate the root cause of the issue.
