    Hello,
    I’ve checked all the options, and there are all on the default mode.
    But since, the FAQ well appear in the bottom of the page, but when you click on an item, it opens and closes immediatly the item, so you don’t have the time to read anything.
    This is on dna-pass.com
    Any idea how to solve it ?

    found the answer guys: it’s ‘downloads’ plugin. Admin Menu ► Downloads ► Settings ► User Interface Tab- change to Bootstrap 3
