Extra Menue within the site

Hello,

my customer want a special listing of therapy-services.

First I solved it with toggles, but now, he wants it like here:

->It’s German, so please go to the 3rd Menue-Link “BEHANDLUNGEN” and you see the listing of the diffrent services.

There are 3 Main Services and each one has an extra Menue on der left side. The Links open directly on the right.
My Question ist, how can I build this principle with Avada?
It’s necessary to have a Menue within the site whre the links open directly on the right.
