    Hello to everyone! πŸ™‚

So we encountered a weird problem which makes it extremely hard to continue working with the fusion builder:

Whenever we want to change settings on an element, column or container, we can’t navigate to the several setting tabs (“design” “background” etc.) in the pop up window. It stays on the first page “general” and is not showing the other setting pages within the pop up window. It only adds the extension “#design”, when you click on the tab, to the url and that’s it.

Has anynone had an issue like that before and knows what could solve it?

Thanks in advance for any replies!

I’m having the same issue. In Fusion Builder, container tabs don’t work, for example, Background and Design are unavailable. Clicking on them causes no change in the editor view. Only the main first tab is available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello There

I see most of you are on an older version of theme, you need to make sure that you are running the latest version of theme that is 7.2 and recently released specially if you are on version 5.6 of WordPress.

    Thanks

This happened to my all the sites when i updated wordpress but not theme version just because of some custom plugins. Don’t waste too much time just downgrade the wordpress version with wp downgrade plugin upto 5.4. you will be good. Or update everything upto date.

I’m having the same issue on 1 website – we use Avada on ALL of our websites, but can’t find another instance of this issue… Has there been any resolution on this? I’m running the most current versions of everything (theme, WP, plugins…) ??? πŸ˜‰

Same problem here. Is there any solution other than updating avada?

Does upgrading avada from 5.9.1 to higher cause any problems?
