domain is expired. so i can’t do unregistar

( ) is my avada phurchase code…

and my old wordpress domain expired long ago.

and all database and ftp data was deleted in server.

there’s no way to click unregister button

so would you like to delete my domain directly ?

Hello there

The domain and site is not required to unregister, you can do it yourself from the Avada Support account which you already have access to, please access that account and you will notice an option for unregister there. The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account here -> https://theme-fusion.com/support/purchase-codes/ You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Unregister button. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?
