Divider between elements

Hello!
I’d like to achieve something like this

As you can see on the image there are two dividers between the icons, but with avada builder i’m out of luck. I’ve found the timeline style content box element, but that’s not what i’d need.
Should i position a separator behind the icons? (negative margin??) If so where can i set that element should be behind the icons not front of them?
