One of the sites that have problem with AVADA OPTIONS have a registered license.
The license was acquired in MAY 2022 (26 I think) so the support it’s operative.
I told theme to login on site and open a Ticket in Support Area.
They logged in with Google, on the site (they are logged with theri mail) but when try to login to submit a ticket they cannot login.
So I dont’ know with wich mail and password they have purcased the template and wich is the password.
I have license details (site name, purcased item etc…) can we recover login and other informations about the customer account?
