Custom Header Layout is above my first content container

Hello,

my first content container on my start page is beneath the custom header (with my logo and menu bar).

So it´s overlapping the first few hundred pixel. The container should start at the bottom of the header.

I remember that there are a problem…long time ago… when using a transparent background color for the header. But this is not the case here.

Could someone verify the problem or has a solution?
