Content box row spacing

I’m using Content Boxes (Classic Icon on Side) with icons and only a title for each of them, 4 rows 2 across. No content in the actual content box. I can’t get rid of the big gap between the rows. I set the top and bottom margins to “0” and there’s still the same gap. What this essentially is, is a 2-column bulleted list using icons. Is there either a way to get rid of the gap or a better way to achieve what I want to do?

I am having this issue as well. Is there a fix for it? The space is ridiculous, like 100px.
