Contact Form not working

I have a problem with the contact form.
I can fill and submit the form but there is no email sending to an email I set.

Have anyone had the same problem?

Please try changing the email, try using a gmail address and see if that helps, if no email is being sent you might want to look into this particular document post => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/how-to/how-to-set-up-a-contact-page/#troubleshooting

Hi there.

I can’t seem to get the contact page to send emails. I have gone through all troubleshooting docs, as well as video tutorials. I’ve looked at Avada Contact 7, as well as the inbuilt WordPress Contact Form… yet still nothing.

try using the easy wp smtp plugin… configure it for your webhost smtp configurations with a username and password, the third tab, you should be able to test if it sends out.

This is the most frustrating Contact Form I’ve ever seen because it simply doesn’t work whatever troubleshooting I did and plugins I’ve had installed.

The contact form setup is actually pretty easy, our team can guide you with the issues you are facing if you can simply open a support ticket please, also if you are seeing issues with the email receiving, please try using a different email address and also try using SMTP plugin further to see if the emailer is working properly on your host.
