Changes in the hero header of homepage

Hi everyone,
Hope all is well. I have a small issue with my website homepage – https://canadianforensicservices.com/ I updated couple of things like hero section and everything looks good but when I log out from WordPress admin panel, the hero section is messed up. I tried deleting caches and all sort of tricks but nothings seems to have worked
