Change text when user clicks button

Hello!

I’m looking for a way to dynamically change the content of a container (or textblock) when the user interacts with a button.

EXAMPLE: in the image below I would like the content (text) in the GREEN BOX to change when the user clicks any of the buttons in the RED BOX

I’ve searched for plugins to do so, but with no luck. Do anyone have experience with this, or can lead me in the right direction?
