Avada Forums Community Forum Can’t use purchase code for the same website anymore

    I was planning on completely renovating my website, and what I always do is delete my complete website and start all over again, but now I can’t use my purchase code anymore, because it says “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.”? However, I’m using it on the same domain, just a new fresh installation. Contacting Avada Support is also not possible, due to “expired purchase code”, but this is a fault in their system, because I’m using an Avada installation on the same domain, just on a fresh one, so it would be unfair to extend my support period, for something I have right to? For the rest, I don’t need any support from Avada, I just want my installation to be working.

    With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2
