Can’t update required plugins on dev site, any manual download option?

I recently created a dev site that is a direct copy of our prod site. Because the Avada license is in use, I can’t update the required plugins (Avada Core and Builder). Is there a way to manually download these plugins for updating via FTP?

The only reason I need this dev site is because the newest version of Avada broke my site’s blog (see previous post: https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/posts-are-broken-site-header-loads-then-nothing-else/) and I need to troubleshoot it. I don’t want to buy another license to fix a problem I didn’t cause.
