Can't Update Fusion Builder Shortcodes To New Format

So I recently updated my theme and plugins but now I can’t update the short codes on my site from the old ones to the new ones. I read that there was supposed to be a button I could press that would automatically change over all of the short codes to the new format, but I don’t see that button anywhere in the settings of the Avada theme backend. Please help. Thank you.

With the current version of Avada (v5.6.1), go to WP>>Avada>>Systems Status and scroll down to Avada Version Controls. You should see buttons to convert the short codes from 3.9.x to v4 and from v4 to v5 (depending on where you started from with the upgrade).

If you don’t see the Avada Version Controls on your Systems Status page, your best bet is probably to submit a support ticket. I don’t believe that section displays unless the theme sees an earlier version that might require you to rerun the DB conversion. My older sites show both, newer sites only show the v4.x to v5, and the newest don’t display the section.
