Can’t delete plugins

Hello everyone,
I finished my website and I want to delete some plugins I don’t use to gain performance (as advice by Google speed insight ).
I followed the tutorial provide by Theme Fusion ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDXQ9ozwyIc ), but after I desactivate a plugin, the delete button won’t display (I can only reactivate my plugins).
I am an administrator of the website, and everything is up to date, so I don’t understand why I can’t do that.
Unfortunatly my support period as expired, but I shouldn’t have to pay again to be able to remove some plugins (a functionnality that I should have access to)!

I just find the solution by myself. It was because of the ‘Member’ plugin which disable the possibility for admin to remove plugins.
