cannot import/load image hotspot element from studio tab

Hi,
I am running the latest wordpress installation with the latest AVADA theme version. So everything is up-to-date. I want to add the “image hotpots element 919” as it is called in the Studio Tab, I click on it, it shows loading for a few seconds then stops. not loaded. I tried other elements from the studio tab, worked fine.

I wonder if I could any help in here concerning this issue?

I have bought four licenses of AVADA theme for my clients, I tried on two of those themes and the hotspot element just works fine. Is it maybe a setting on my installation?

I am thankful for any hint or idea.
