Bulk select and delete Avada form entries.

Hello,

I have a lot of form entries to go through, but only 15 show per page. I have 11 pages of entries to delete and it will be a slow process doing everything one by one.

I want to

1) Show more listings per page.
2) Be able to select multiple via clicking a check box.
3) Be able to delete multiple entries at a time by clicking one button.
