If you are doing renewals it is for support only – Avada is a “one license for life” product. If you haven’t registered since they changed (7.3), you need to do so. If you do see your support expired then you probably have not updated it via the support account. Please login to your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Once you are logged in your account, click on the register purchase code tab. Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/JOD0Gs3pbsym
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see the option to “Recently Renewed? Apply Extension Now!”, Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/ugqRoq2wyXj_
Click on this and it should update your account
