Bottom navigation menu for mobile devices

Hey, I want to create a bottom menu for the mobile view on my website, so it is easier to reach on your mobile device than a top menu bar.

Is it possible to create a menu inside of Avada, that will stick to the top on large screens, but will stick to the bottom of the page on small screens?

You could for example use the layouts builder.

1. Build a Header and set the visability for the container to Large Screen
2. Build a Footer and use the Menu element, set the visability to Small Screen
