Blogs, Pages, and Portfolio in Avada Travel Demo

Just installed this theme/demo and I’m thoroughly confused. I am a travel agent and wish to show a few feature trips on the homepage with full details on the Destinations page. But the grid of Destinations on the homepage take you to a portfolio grid 1X wide. The Destinations page is a blog page. So I guess I need an event plugin. Any suggestions?
