    I’m trying to set up the blog on my site. I would like the title of the blog post to link to the single post. However, when they are, they take on the color of links as set by the ThemeOptions > typography > Body Typography. Is there anyway to change the color of the post titles while keeping them as links?

    I’m also looking for the answer to this question.

    After turning off the hyperlinked blog post title, I now want it back on, but I can’t remember where I made that change. How do I achieve a blog post title that serves as a link, but doesn’t change to the color of the link?

    Hi everyone,

    The only way I know how to control colour and text decoration of the Blog Post Title is by CSS. Here’s an example. Please try if interested. Tweak the values to your needs.

    .blog-shortcode-post-title.entry-title a {
        text-decoration: none;
        color: pink !important;
    }

    Good luck!

    @marklchaves Big thanks – it worked! How would I adjust hover color?

    Hi @cbpwebsite,

    Great!

    Ok, for hover colour try this.

    .blog-shortcode-post-title.entry-title a:hover {
        color: orange !important;
    }

    Thank you for taking the time to explain the CSS to us
    Would you know by any chance how to change the colour of the Author, category and comment just below the post title.

    Much appreciated..

    Hi Burt,

    You’re welcome. I think it’s time you learned how to use Firefox’s & Chrome’s dev tools.

    Using my Firefox dev tool inspector on my blog (archive) page, I found these selectors to work for the blog metadata underneath the feature preview thumbnails.

    /* Meta Text */
    .fusion-single-line-meta {
      color: purple;
    }
    /* Links */
    .fusion-blog-shortcode a {
      color: orange;
    }

    Hi there..
    Thank you for helping me out again.
    I did try several times with Firefox dev tool inspector.. It just wasn’t ment to be.
    I should have also probably specified that I would have like to have the possibility to change Author, Category and number of comments, individually, not just one colour for all three of them…

    To tell you the truth, I was a bit surprise by the lack of this function in the theme. I mean, a theme is all about the look of a page and I think colours are a pretty important part of it..

    Thanks for your help again…

    Hi Burt,

    These are about the only ones I can find selectors for.

    /* Author */
    .fn a {
      color: orange;
    }

    /* Read More */
    .fusion-read-more {
      color: magenta;
    }

    Thank you again for looking the code for me..
    I did see the line <span class=”fn”>, but I didn’t think to try that “fn” and went instead for class=”fusion comments”, that obviously did not work. Like I said, all this is a bit above my head and I frankly expected in the Avada menu as standard. Perhaps one day…

    I appreciate your help

    Regards

    Burt
