When I insert a backslash ‘\’ in a text block, it gets pruned while saving to the database. When the page front-end is loaded, or the back-end or live builder page is refreshed, the backslash is gone. I have tried this in under ‘p’ and ‘pre’ elements, both results in the same behaviour.
It’s possible to escape a backslash with another “\\”. This works fine for a single session resulting in a single backslash being shown in the database. However, when the back-end or live builder page is refreshed, there is only a single backslash which makes the backslashes unescaped and ultimately pruned after a new save.
How can I resolve this?
