I purchased the theme and every now and then I rebuild my site and reapply the registration with no issues but once my support ran out, I went to resister the site with my purchased code, and this came up (The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve)
So, no problem I will follow the link and let them know it is the same site, same domain, but there is a catch, it sends you to support to submit a ticket and guess what, you cannot without buying all over again.
So, if you plan on keeping the site for a while you will keep paying.Ammar. SKeymasterJanuary 3, 2023 at 9:38 amPost count: 2549
This is simply because a single purchase code has been used many times here, it has nothing to do with the support expiry as the license is always valid for lifetime for a single domain, we have a very detailed FAQ section already which states how you can resolve this issue here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/
With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2
