On at least two accounts including this one, I have got active licence of Avada (Avada | Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme > Regular License >5 months 01 Apr 2020 of support remaining. Extend now) but I can’t submit a ticket because “Your support period has expired, to reactivate your theme support please extend/renew your Envato item support as explained here.”
I think there is a bug somewhere… So how can I join the support??
