Avada Slider not showing all slides

I’m still working with the support team but this is taken far too long for a client project. We have an Avada slider with 9 slides set to random. Sometimes all 9 load, sometimes 7, 5, 2 or just 1. Has anyone else encountered this issue? We have already turned off caching on the site and still haven’t been able to solve it after 5 days of back and forth. Really hoping someone can help me out!
